  • Financial Metrics | Manage & monitor operating and capital budgets

  • Customer Satisfaction Program | Build and maintain

  • Regulatory Compliance | Adhere to State & Federal Regulations

  • Risk Management Program | Safety & Workers Comp Prevention

  • Training Program | New hires and standing employees are adequately oriented and trained to perform their duties

  • Assist with Recruiting | Administrator and other department positions

  • Business Development Support | Marketing strategy and action plan

  • Monitors other key performance indicators and intervenes as appropriate

  • Proactively report areas for opportunity to improve the facility and prevent issues that would negatively impact the operations

Government Affairs

  • Connect with Elected Officials who represent the Operators facilities on a Federal, State, County and local level(s)

  • Advocate for legislation affecting the LTC industry

  • Tours of Facilities | Build PR

  • Create a two-way Relationship | Leverage support in crisis mode or instances of need

  • Improve relationships with the Public Health Department, Neighbors, Families, Media

Workplace Coaching, Mentorship & Process Improvement

  • Communication | Build out an effective and functional process

  • Culture | Determine areas of improvement to maximize employee investment

  • Conflict Resolution | Identify pain points and provide recommended interventions
